What is the Twig-Climb?

A VARIABLE 3D BOOSTING SPORT AID YOU CAN USE FOR FITNESS AND EXERCISES.

The main advantages of the Twig-Climb set are the high variability (up to 560 combinations of grasps) and a wide offer of accessories for exercising. You can exercise arms, back, forearms, abdomen or back, all with large variability of difficulty.

Basic description

1) Strength pivot
with a polished surface for easier rotation with the cylinder.

Semiautomatic locking pin with safety spring.

Holes for mounting bracket.

Back exercises

FITNESSING OF UPPER HALF OF BACK ZAD IS IMPORTANT FOR CORRECT POSITION OF YOUR BODY.

You will exercise the wide back muscle and the muscles between paddles in different variants. Beginners can exercise it also with help.

Variable pulls-up - overgrasp/undergrasp

YOU CAN EXERCISE THE PULLS-UP IN DIFFERENT VARIANTS AND GRASPS ON ROTARY CYLINDER, ROTARY PRISM OR TRAPEZE.

By overgrasp pulls-up you will fitness the upper part of back, namely the wide back muscle and the large round muscle. The undergrasp pulls-up are the ideal exercises oriented also on your biceps strengthening by the weight of your own body. Beginners can exercise it also with help.

Abdominal exercise

THE ABDOMINAL EXERCISE IN HANGING ON THE TRAPEZE BELONGS AMONG THE MOST EFFICIENT EXERCISES OF THIS MUSCLE GROUP.

Due to this exercise you will completely exercise the abdominal muscles with emphasis on their lower parts, but you can exercise also the oblique abdominal muscles.

2013 – An idea – inspired by nature
While returning from climbing trip thinking about the home exercising I wondered how to locate, on a small exercising area, as many grasps and concurrently to change their difficulty. On arrival to the car, my eyes caught a severed limb – and the idea was there...

An approximate model of stainless steel and wood was produced for the purpose of testing of suitability of the material. The loading tests were done concurrently.

Based on testing the prototype II the model of the product was modified.

2017 - Building of final version of the product

The final product is produced of wooden massive and it serves as an etalon for serial production of the resistant variant of polyurethane. 
​The Twig-Climb bracket is produced of the high-quality aeronautical aluminium.

2018 - Twig-Climb and accessories for serial production

The shapes of accessories were consulted directly with professionals from climbing centres, e.g. from KOTELNA boulder club Brno, where Adam Ondra, the multiply world champion trains.

1. What is necessary to buy at the beginning?

The basic product consists of the 3D rotary climbing simulator, the bracket and the cylinder.

2. Can I buy or change something during the time?

Single components and accessories can be bought separately according to a current offer.

3. Where I can buy your product?

4. What is the maintenance of the product?

Current maintenance.

5. What is the maximum load carrying capacity of the Twig-Climb?

At proper installation according to the Instructions the maximum load carrying capacity is 150 kg. Be careful on selection of a suitable installation area, do not use unsuitable materials, such as plasterboard, polystyrene, silica fume, etc. The most suitable material for location is e.g. a wooden structure, used at building of climbing walls, or a solid brick wall.

6. How complex is the assembly?

Locate the brackets on a solid base (e.g. brick wall); plasterboard without timbering is not suitable for it. In horizontal level, mark the assembly holes on the base, then drill the holes to the wall and then put the connecting material to the holes. Firmly tight the assembling screws. Then perform the loading test on the attached bracket. Then you can locate any exercise aid to the bracket. For the complete assembling you will need: screws, chemical anchor and attachment hooks.
